Fees for SIMP/SGI/EAG Members

The reduced "MEMBER" fee is reserved for those who are up to date with their 2026 membership.
For EAG members, membership status will be verified with the EAG secretariat.

STEP 1: REGISTRATION
Access the registration form using your membership credentials (username and password).
If you do not remember your credentials or cannot access the form, please contact the secretariat of your respective Society.

STEP 2: PERSONAL AREA
By logging in (via the "LOGIN" link at the top right of the page), you can access your personal area and proceed with registration.
Some data will be filled in automatically: we recommend checking all details carefully, especially those related to the issuance of the receipt.

In the Personal Area, the payment receipt and the certificate of attendance will be available.

STEP 3: PAYMENT
In the final section of the registration form, available payment methods will be displayed.
BANK DETAILS for wire transfers are provided at this stage: PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THEM!

Online payments and bank transfers will be accepted until September 7, 2026.
AFTER SEPTEMBER 7, 2026, ONLY ON-SITE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

STEP 4: RECEIPT
The secretariats issue FISCAL RECEIPTS ONLY, including when payment is made through a public institution.
In this case, SUBMISSION OF THE PURCHASE ORDER IS MANDATORY to: amministrazione@geoscienze.org.

Registration fees are net amounts and VAT-exempt.

The REDUCED FEE is reserved exclusively for:

• STUDENTS, PHD CANDIDATES, FELLOWS, RESEARCH FELLOWS – status must be certified by their Scientific Supervisor and sent to the secretariat or presented at the registration desk;
• RETIRED PARTICIPANTS.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Fees are refundable minus €50 for administrative costs.

• Until June 2, 2026, 75% of the fee paid will be refunded (excluding administrative costs);
• Until July 2, 2026, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded (excluding administrative costs);
• After July 2, 2026, no refunds will be issued; however, participants may transfer their registration to a colleague with the same status.
