The "NON-MEMBER" fee is higher than the "MEMBER" fee due to VAT and taxes.
BEFORE registering for the congress, at any time, it is possible to join one of the organizing societies and benefit from the member rate.
Joining one of the Societies
AFTER paying as a "non-member" DOES NOT ALLOW switching to the member fee and DOES NOT ENTITLE the participant to any refund.
STEP 1: REGISTRATIONBy submitting the
registration form, you will receive credentials to access your Personal Area.
STEP 2: PERSONAL AREABy logging in (via the "
LOGIN" link at the top right of the page), you can access your personal area and proceed with
registration.
We recommend filling in all required information, especially billing details (see Step 4).
In the Personal Area, you will find the courtesy copy of the
invoice and the
certificate of attendance.
STEP 3: PAYMENTIn the final section of the registration form, available payment methods will be displayed.

until September 7, 2026.
AFTER SEPTEMBER 7, 2026, ONLY ON-SITE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
STEP 4: INVOICESince the registration fee includes VAT, if payment is made by a public institution via Purchase Order, it is possible to request VAT exemption for employee professional training (Art. 10 DPR 633/1972 and Art. 14.10 Law 537/1993).
In this case, the amount invoiced to the institution will correspond to the fee minus VAT.

IMPORTANT!
Billing details must match those of the entity/person making the payment:
- Payment made by the participant ⇒ Personal invoice (provide residence details, Tax Code, and any VAT number);
- Payment made by the affiliated institution ⇒ Invoice issued to the institution (also include the unique code, if Italian).
The REDUCED FEE is reserved exclusively for:
- STUDENTS, PHD CANDIDATES, FELLOWS, RESEARCH FELLOWS – status must be certified by their Scientific Supervisor and sent to the secretariat or presented at the registration desk;
- RETIRED PARTICIPANTS.
CANCELLATION POLICYFees are refundable minus €50 for administrative costs.
- Until June 2, 2026, 75% of the fee paid will be refunded (excluding administrative costs);
- Until July 2, 2026, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded (excluding administrative costs);
- After July 2, 2026, no refunds will be issued; however, participants may transfer their registration to a colleague with the same status.
