FEES
All registration fees include access to the coffee point and lunches.
Congress materials (including bag, pen, notepad, sponsor materials, etc.) are not guaranteed for participants who make "on-site" payments.
The FULL and REDUCED fees grant access for all three days of the congress.
The DAILY fee grants access for one chosen day only.
The REDUCED fee applies to students, PhD candidates, fellows, and research grant holders. This status must be certified by the scientific supervisor and sent to the secretariat or provided at the registration desk. The REDUCED fee also applies to retirees. RTDs (fixed-term researchers) are not eligible for the REDUCED fee. Any cases not meeting the criteria for the REDUCED fee will fall under the FULL fee.
To proceed with payment, you must register and then log in using the credentials you selected under the user menu. After filling in the required billing information, the available payment methods will be displayed.
PAYMENTS
Online payments and bank transfers can be made until September 5, 2025. On the same day, registrations will close to allow the Secretariat to prepare the materials for distribution to registrants. Those who cannot meet this deadline and make the bank transfer after September 5 are kindly asked to go to the registration desk with the bank receipt and, if applicable, the Purchase Order, in case the payment was made by their administrative office.
We encourage everyone to check the status of their registration on their personal page on the congress website and to contact the Secretariat immediately to resolve any issues related to payments.
If the payment is made via a purchase order, it is mandatory to send a copy of the order to the relevant secretariat.
The payment methods for the fee will be indicated in the summary of the data displayed after submitting the completed registration form (User Panel).

Public administrations that require the inclusion of CIG and CUP codes, as well as the corresponding purchase order number, on the invoice/receipt are kindly requested to provide this information via email to the relevant secretariat. The message should clearly indicate the tax details of the paying entity and the name of the congress participant for whom the fee is being paid.
