FEES INCLUDE:

access to sessions, coffee points, and lunches;
congress materials (including bag, pen, notepad, sponsor materials, etc.) – NOT GUARANTEED for participants who register and pay on-site.

The FULL and REDUCED fees grant access to all three days of the congress.
The DAILY fee grants access for one selected day only.

REDUCED FEES is reserved exlusively for:

STUDENTS, PHD CANDIDATES, FELLOWS, RESEARCH FELLOWS – Status must be certified by their Scientific Supervisor and sent to the secretariat or presented at the registration desk;
RETIRED PARTICIPANTS.

Online payments and bank transfers will be accepted until September 7, 2026.
AFTER SEPTEMBER 7, 2026, ONLY ON-SITE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

PAYMENT RECEIPT/INVOICE AND CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The receipt (PDF) will be uploaded to the participant's personal area as soon as the payment has been processed.
The electronic invoice issued to participants without a VAT number can be found in their tax portal (if the participant work in Italy); a courtesy copy (PDF) will be uploaded to the personal area.
The certificate of attendance will be available in the personal area after the conclusion of the congress.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Fees are refundable minus €50 for administrative costs.

Until June 2, 2026, 75% of the fee paid will be refunded (excluding administrative costs);
Until July 2, 2026, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded (excluding administrative costs);
After July 2, 2026, no refunds will be issued; however, participants may transfer their registration to a colleague with the same status.
