Guidelines for Posters

- Posters must have vertical A0 size (Portrait).

- The programme includes dedicated times during the day for poster sessions. However, posters will be displayed and accessible throughout the day in the designated Poster Area. Authors are required to be present during both the morning and afternoon sessions. For more details, please refer to the timetable.

- Each poster will have an assigned number (Panel No.) indicated in the program and must be mounted on the panel with the corresponding number on the day specified in the program.

- Each presenting author is responsible for his/her poster for the duration of display. The organisation is not responsible for any damage to posters on display.
