Guidelines for Posters

- Posters must have vertical A0 size (Portrait).

- The programme includes dedicated times during the day for poster sessions. However, posters will be displayed and accessible throughout the day in the designated Poster Area. Authors are required to be present during both the morning and afternoon sessions. For more details, please refer to the timetable.

- Each poster will be numbered, and must be hung to the board with the same number.

- Each presenting author is responsible for his/her poster for the duration of display. The organisation is not responsible for any damage to posters on display.
